ENAMEL CAST IRON COOKWARE

Cast Iron Pots and Pans Enamel Skillet      Enamel Cast Iron is a great way to enjoy the benefits of cooking in a cast iron pot without some of the cleaning and seasoning requirements of the more traditional Black Iron. Generally not suitable for outdoor cooking over an open flame or grill. Clean up with hot soapy water (not the dishwasher) and it will last for years. The black surfaces on these pots and pans are matt enamel and not black iron.
