Cast Iron Skillet Hungarian Goulash

Our cast iron skillet Hungarian Goulash is a different take on the usual ground beef and macaroni served up. Borrowing from the Hungarian dishes which make use of lot's of paprika, this dish is simple to make using beef cut into cubes, and adds a dab of sour cream to round it out.
