Shrimp and Olive Cracker Spread
A nice little spread for Crackers. Easy to make and It'll be the hit with seafood lovers at a Holiday party.

Ingredients
- 6 oz Salad Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 oz Sliced green olives
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp onion grated
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Blend cream cheese, Mayo, and lemon juice.
- Add seasonings and blend till smooth.
- Add grated onions, olives, and shrimp and mix.
- Refrigerate overnight and keep cold till read to serve.
Notes
Get good crackers to serve on. I recommend something along the lines of Triscuit's, although others may work.
