This Cast Iron skillet brat sandwich with red onions and banana peppers adds a ton of flavor on the plate. Crispy bacon with a Johnsonville ™ Original Brat start things off. The peppers add a lot of color and some nice crunch to the mix. Served up on either a whole wheat or regular roll makes it a perfect restaurant idea you can make at home. Side ideas might include steak fries or maybe some onion rings. Good homemade coleslaw would also go great with this dish. Just a real good old belly patter either in the kitchen or on the tailgate. Overall just a real good cast iron skillet recipe inside or out.
