Season chicken breasts with seasoned salt and pepper. Grill on cast iron grill until fully cooked, let cool and cut into 1/4" cubes.
In a 5 Qt. Dutch Oven, combine culinary stock, broth, chicken, seasoned salt and pepper, garlic powder and thyme. Cover and heat over medium until boiling.
Reduce heat, and add vegetables. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add undrained beans and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Add noodles and simmer uncovered until cooked to desired consistency. Stir in cheese and keep warm till ready to serve.
