- 1 package Johnsonville Original Brats
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup banana peppers sliced
- 1/2 ea Green Pepper sliced
- 1/2 large purple onion sliced
- 1 package rolls
Preheat skillet to medium
Add bacon and cook till crisp. Remove and drain.
Add brats to pan and brown.
Add all peppers and onions. Cook till just tender.
Place 1 brat and 1 strip of bacon on roll. Cover with pepper mix.
These amounts serve 3 people, but it's easy to scale up.
