Cast Iron Skillet Party Mix
Based on the original Chex Party mix and cooked in a cast iron skillet. Microwave if you want but you'll never end up with better.

- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- 2 cups Cheerios
- 1-1/2 cups Dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups Cheezits
- 2 cups Stick Pretzles
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Combine Cereal mix, nuts, crackers, and pretzles in a 15" cast iron skillet.
In a small saucepan melt butter and add seasonings and worcestershire sauce. Stir.
Drizzle over mix in skillet and combine.
Place in 250 oven and cook for 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool in skillet.

As a substitute for the seasoned salt, try some of Hogzones Fajita spice. Adds a nice bite to the mix. If you can stand the wait, make it the night before. Letting it sit really seasons it up.
