Shrimp and Olive Cracker Spread

A nice little spread for Crackers. Easy to make and It'll be the hit with seafood lovers at a Holiday party.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Salad Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 oz Sliced green olives
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp onion grated
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Blend cream cheese, Mayo, and lemon juice.
  • Add seasonings and blend till smooth.
  • Add grated onions, olives, and shrimp and mix.
  • Refrigerate overnight and keep cold till read to serve.

Notes

Get good crackers to serve on. I recommend something along the lines of Triscuit's, although others may work.
