Gordy Evans Spicy Cajun Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp onion finely minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 ea dab hot sauce if desired
  • ea Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Easy dish. Toss everything into a large glass bowl and mix it up. Cover with plastic wrap and let fridge for a couple of hours.

Notes

For extra heat, add back 1 tsp. hot sauce. Proceed at your own risk.
