Fresh Green Tomatoes

All purpose flour

Yellow Cornmeal

Black Pepper to taste.
Instructions
Whisk flour, cornmeal, and salt together in a dredging pan.
Whisk eggs and milk together in a large bowl.
Heat oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat till hot.
Dip tomato slices in egg wash, dredge in flour mix.
Place in hot oil one and brown on both sides.
Notes
For a nicer crust, repeat the egg flour dredge. See video below.
