Cast Iron Herbs de Provence Chicken

- 1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 large red onion sliced
- 4 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
- 15 ea grape tomatoes
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Heat oil in a 10" Skillet over medium high.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Place flour and paprika in a large plastic bag. Add chicken and toss to coat.
Brown chicken on both sides. Remove to platter.
Add garlic and toss for a few seconds.
De-Glaze with the wine.
Add chicken back, sprinkle with herbs de Provence.
Place in oven and cook 2 1/2 hours or until chicken reaches 180 degrees.
Boil Tortellini till tender. Add Tortellini, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes to pan and cook till sauce thickens.
Plate chicken breasts and add Tortellini mix as desired.
