- 2 4 oz cube steaks
- 1 cup flour
- 2 ea Eggs
- 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pkg Frozen Green Beans
- 1 Box Cornbread Stuffing mix
- 1 Jar Chicken Gravy
- 1 slice bacon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 qt water
Green Beans
Add water to pot. Add green beans, bacon, and pepper.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook till beans are tender.
Fried Steak
Add flour, Seasoned Salt, Garlic and combine with a fork.
Lightly beat eggs in a shallow pan.
Heat oil over medium in cast iron skillet.
Dip steaks in egg, dredge in flour mix. Repeat and place in hot oil.
Cook till nicely browned. Remove and drain on paper towel.
