Basic Rolled Dumplings
Just a simple recipe for rolled dumplings. This is a double batch.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour sifted
Instructions
- Beat eggs, milk, and salt together. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out on a floured surface to desired thickness. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough to the desired size and let dry for 2 hours.
Notes
A mixer with a bread hook makes this a snap. Just add flour to the egg mix until the dough pulls off the surface. Keep the rolling surface and the dough well floured to prevent sticking.
